Instructions
Simply draw or print a heart outline on a piece of paper, then follow the directions on a window-art kit for tracing it and filling it in.
Once the paint has dried, peel the heart from its plastic backing, package it inside a small plastic candy bag, and add your message to the bag with permanent marker -- try "You see through me," "Clearly, we're good friends," or "I'm stuck on you."
